I gave my smile away today and hugged the patient, then she cried and then I cried!

Patient-Carol is being seen now as a patient.  Her husband George was seen about 3 months ago as a patient.  Both have been seen over the years many times!!   George ALWAYS came in the front door with a smile.   He called us the beautiful ladies at Rehab and even brought us red roses on a visit.  During his last treatments of therapy he learned his treatment for cancer wasn’t working, but he still came in with that big SMILE.  He also put red plastic roses on his walker.  George past away about a month after his last therapy visit.  So today, I gave his wife my RED SMILE and told her “this is for you, because George always brought a smile to my face and brighten my day, so this is to help brighten your day and remember that SMILE, on days when you need it”
